Nora's poems have been shortlisted or won prizes in various international competitions: the Scottish International Poetry Competition, the Feile Filiochta International Poetry Competition, the Plough Poetry Prize, the Orbis Poetry competition and Poetry on the Lake, among others. Her work has also been included in numerous international publications. Most recently she was a finalist in the Mslexia poetry competition 2021 judged by Pascale Petit, won the Anthropocene Valentine’s Day Poetry Competition 2022 and was nominated for the Forward Prize for best single poem.
